Spent Christmas at a hotel that exceeded my expectations. the staff was friendly and attentive evey time. the wi-fi was amazing and the breakfast had a variety of options which was great. the hotel's location was also very convenient, only a short walk from a subway station allowing easy access to explore the city. Another plus was the quiet neighborhood.
The only flaw, and this was not hotel specific, was the weather but nothing can be done about that unfortunately. Hotel Flores was a cozy and comfortable stay that provided great value for the price.

What a great stay! One of the best hotels I’ve been to in a long time. the staff were exceptional. They were so friendly and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was the best it could be. the location was perfect. It was close to a metro station, so we could easily get around the city, and it felt very safe and pleasant to be based in. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious! So many options to choose from, and it set us up perfectly for a day of exploring.
Honestly, there was nothing I disliked about this hotel. Perhaps the weather could have been better, but that's obviously out of their control.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They made sure that I had everything I needed during my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the transportation hub and other attractions in the city. The hotel facilities were clean and comfortable which made me feel at home. The breakfast was also delicious with plenty of choices to suit a variety of tastes.
